Admission

1. The age of admission for Nursery, Lower KG is 3+ and with a corresponding increase of age in higher classes on or before 31st May.

2. A new admission remains incomplete until and unless the leaving certificate from the recognised school last attended is produced. The counter signature of the District Education Officer or Inspector of School is absolutely necessary on the leaving certificate in the case of pupils who come from outside Gujarat State.

3. For any fresh admission from Nursery, LKG to Std I, a birth certificate from a competent authority is required.

4. The School year normally begins in June and ends in May. Students as a rule are admitted in the month of June No name can be recorded in the School register until the formal application has been accepted and the admission fees paid.

5. The management reserves the right of admission.

6. A month's notice is to be given before the withdrawal of a student Such notice, should be given in writing by the parents or guardian Requests by pupils themselves did not be entertained.

7. No leaving certificate is issued unless all dues to the school have been paid in full. Duplicate certificate will be issued only when the application is supported by an affidavit, stating reasons.

8. Pupils showing no progress may be asked to leave the school.

9. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience for defiance of authority or conduct injuries to the moral tone of the school are sufficient reasons for the dismissal of student.

10. A student caught cheating during any examination may be debarred from subsequent examinations or be dismissed.

11. Pupils failing twice in the same standard or thrice in different standard must discontinue their studies in this school.
